I’m Alyssa, I was born on the 3rd day in the month of May the year was 1990, near the city of New Orleans at 1:31pm so that makes me a Taurus with a Leo ascendant.
I was born and raised in Louisiana proud to say WHO DAT?! and GEAUX TIGERS! Not afraid to get a little dirty. I’m used to ridiculous heat and humidity. Im a southern girl down to my very core, I overuse ya’ll constantly so don’t judge me.
I moved to New Jersey for a year and met some of the most amazing people who changed my life for the better, but I was so homesick for my family I moved back to Louisiana.
I love food especially anything cajun, creole, or Italian. I’ll eat just about anything if it looks good or smells yummy.
I like movies that make me laugh, scare the hell out of me, and that make me think.
I like tv shows that do the same, my favorite shows are Bones, Skins UK, Glee, Buffy the Vampire slayer, The Lying Game, and Pretty Little Liars.
Music is in my blood, I love how expressive of an art form it is. I love any kind of music really and i am always open to new music and suggestions, so feel free to suggest some music. I have played the flute since I was 10 years old. I love Marching band and if I thought I had a future in being a high school band director that would be my preferred profession but since I feel like my future in music education is dim I am going with my second love history. There’s so much to learn about the past and it just fascinates me.
I love tattoos and piercings. I love Native American art considering i have three different tribes running through my veins. Along with French, Scottish, Italian, and English.
My life has been anything but a dream, but I realize how lucky I am to have it. My dream is to show others that their life is just as precious as anyone else’s and that there is no reason that they should ever take their own life. Suicide is never the answer no matter how awful the situation is you can always get through it. I want to show people my scars and tell them that I am a survivor and they too can stop harming themselves. I want people to learn from my story and see that there is beauty in life. That there is beauty in their scars that they are nothing to be ashamed of.
